Our team is formed by highly specialized professionals. The Muricy Clinic was founded by plastic surgeon Dr. José Candido Muricy, who has been the first surgeon to perform a capillary surgery in the state of Paraná as well as the first to become a specialist in Mega session in Brazil. He´s renowned all over the world among his peers.

During the surgery itself, the team is composed of eleven professionals: Dr. Muricy, Dr. Maria Angélica Muricy, hair transplant surgeon and dermatologist; as well as an anesthesiologist, five assistants who prepare the follicular units aided by surgical microscopes, and three other assistants who help the placement of the units. This large team allows the transplant of thousands of hairs without increasing the time of the surgery.

We are adept of the placement of the largest possible number of hairs per session, thus performing MEGA and GIGASESSIONS, which consist of transplanting 8,000 to 10,000 hairs during a surgery, depending on the donor area of each patient, naturally.

Non-surgical treatments are performed under the guidance of Dr. Maria Angélica Muricy, dermatologist specialized in the capillary area. She´s also the surgeon who performs eyebrow transplants, as well as in different areas of the body such as: beard, chest, pubic hair and over scars. Besides the traditional transplant towards the treatment of male and female baldness. She´s already been working in the city of São Paulo where she will be in charge of the branch of The Muricy Clinic which will be opening there pretty soon.
